Having people in your life is crucial. We all need other people. But… what do you know about the people in your life?
I remember a movie I watched where a couple was getting married, and when the preacher said the groom’s full name, the bride said “Your middle name is XXX? Seriously?” I mean, can you imagine marrying someone when you don’t know their middle name? It may not be important, but to not know could be a faux pas.
Now, you don’t want to get married to someone not knowing certain important things about them. That probably means you haven’t communicated enough. Or maybe you haven’t even been with them enough. Take your time before you get serious about anyone, and get to know them inside and out.
Obviously this goes for kind of relationship. Friends. Family. Lovers. Neighbors you depend on. Even coworkers you see as your second family or work friendships.
I created a list of 20 vital questions you should know about everyone who is important in your life. It helps you know them better. Some answers might even surprise you. Furthermore, it could help with creating a present list for them in the future. Bonus points!
